The Roadmap to Financial Success

I have designed the onboarding process to be seamless, so you can stop worrying about the numbers and get back to growing your business.

Phase 1 ~ Setup and Discovery

Initial Kick-off: Define the relationship scope, sign engagement letters, and analyze the current state of their business.

System Access: Obtain read-only bank access and administrative access to accounting software (QBO).

Software Setup & Historical Review: Review the Chart of Accounts, integrate third-party apps, perform any necessary catch-up/cleanup, and document internal policies.

Phase 2 ~ Execution and Standardization

The Monthly Cycle: Systematic data collection, transaction processing, bank reconciliations, and internal quality checks.

Communication & Reporting: Delivery of the monthly financial packet (P&L and Balance Sheet) along with actionable insights and trend analysis.

Phase 3 ~ Ongoing Review and Advisory

Quarterly Deep Dives: Performance reviews against budgets, tax planning support, and system optimization discussions.

Annual Close-out: Handling year-end adjustments (depreciation, inventory), 1099 preparation for contractors, and providing final audit-ready books to their tax preparer.
